V rámci projektu Trans Europe Halles SPOTing sme začali spolupracovať so skupinou aktívnych mladých ľudí a snažíme sa vytvoriť z našich centier inšpiratívne prostredie pre mladú generáciu. 

Spolu s našimi dobrovoľníkmi Lunou Mafo a Rubi Jansen a s pomocou lektorky umeleckých ateliérov Karolíny Baštekovej sme vytvorili mladú vetvu našej organizácie: The Young Office (alebo YO). 

YO kladie dôraz na inklúziu mladých a je mostom medzi mládežou v meste a našou organizáciou. Hlavným cieľom je byť podpornou platformou pre mladých s chuťou tvoriť a organizovať svoje kultúrne akcie. 

Aktuálne tvorí YO týchto sedem mladých nadšencov: Eva Matejčíková, Kristína Husáková, Martinka Heczková, Mima Haklová, Miriam Frkanová, Luna Mafo a Rubi Jansen. Nižšie si prečítate, čo vám chcú o sebe povedať, čo vytvorili a čo ešte plánujú.

Sme Young Office

Sme skupina mladých ľudí a záleží nám na tom, aby mládež v meste mala priestor a podporu byť tvoriví a iniciatívni. YO je mladé oddelenie v rámci Stanice a Novej synagógy a spoločne transformujeme existujúce kultúrne priestory na dynamické prostredie pre nastupujúcu generáciu. Pripravujeme eventy, stretnutia a aktivity pre mladých a s mladými v meste.   

Ak a TY chceš zorganizovať koncert, divadlo, výstavu, premietanie, diskusiu alebo akúkoľvek inú kultúrnu akciu, príď a pobav sa s nami. Spolu to vymyslíme! 

YO zároveň sleduje všetky podujatia a aktivity Stanice a Novej synagógy a ponúkame svoje viac i menej vítané názory ako mladý hlas v rámci tímu. Sme zapojení v prípravách, kriticky sa pýtame a podnecujeme diskusiu o tom, čo by malo kultúrne centrum predstavovať pre mladé publikum.

Máš aj ty nejaký nápad, ako urobiť z mesta lepšie miesto pre mládež? Sem s ním!

Alebo sa chceš len zastaviť, dať si drink, pokecať o živote? Aj to robíme radi a máme radi spoločnosť.

Tu je zoznam akcií, ktoré sme zatiaľ urobili a ktoré ešte plánujeme. Ak nás chceš spoznať, tak príď na jednu z nich. Nových ľudí spoznávame radi!

Something has been germinating within Stanica and Nová synagóga the last couple of months. 

As part of the Trans Europe Halles SPOTing project, we have been working with a fresh and exciting group of young people to make our spaces a thriving cultural environment for the youth. 

Together with volunteers Luna Mafo and Rubi Jansen and with the help of Karolina Bastekova we have created a new branch within our organization: the Young Office (or YO, for the close ones). 

With a focus on youth inclusion, the YO works as a bridge between the young people in town and our organization. Its main role is to act as a platform for the youth, a place where young people can self-organize and create their own cultural events. 

Currently the YO is formed by 7 young people: Eva Matejčíková, Kristina Husaková, Martinka Heczková, Mima Haklová, Miriam Frkanova, Luna Mafo and Rubi Jansen. Below you can read more about what they have to say about the YO group and what they have been up to.

We are the Young Office. 

We are a group of young people working to give other young people the support and the space to be creative in the city. YO is the youth department within Stanica Žilina-Záriečie and Nová synagóga. Together we turn the existing cultural space into a dynamic location for the upcoming young generation of creatives to meet by organising various events and activities, by and for the young people of the city . 

If YOU want to organise a concert, a play, a performance, an exhibition, a film screening, a debate, a discussion, or whatever other cultural activity you have in mind, then come and talk to us! Let’s figure it out together : ) 

YOUNG OFFICE also keeps an eye on the other activities of Stanica and Nová synagóga by giving our welcome and unwelcome opinion as the young voice within the organisation. We are involved behind the scenes, we ask critical questions and give our own touch to what a cultural centre can stand for to a younger audience.
